This race is also a wide open afford with Joni's Justice, the lone speed in the race, opening as the co-favorite (2-1). He seems a bit fired up in the post parade, not lathered, but on his toes and ready to go. If you throw out his last against open company, he has been solid against state bred company only losing to the scratch in this race, Wally's Choice.
We'll see if Dean Butler can ride his third winner on the card.
