Between the main job and DRF stuff, I've been a bit fried lately.<br /><br />The only thing that came up in conversation was that whoever placed the win wager must be involved in some sort of rebate program where only win wagers qualify. At a $2.10 minimum payout, what looks like $400,000 bet equates to the track losing about $50,000 or $60,000 on an otherwise relatively low-handle race.
