Perfect Bull Smokes Elders in Classic

Three year old Minnesota Derby winner Perfect Bull (Holy Bull - Perfect Moment - Dazzling Falls) took on 5 elders and Dean Butler piloted him home in an easy race. He tracked the leader throughout and when they hit the stretch, he hooked up the pace-setting defending champion Suddenly Silver and went by with ease. Suddenly Silver was able to hold on for second. In both Classics, Butler steered a three year old to victory over older horses - and both in impressive fashion.

Congratulations to our friends in the Rhone Barn, Dean Butler and the owners, Red Dog Stables. A job very well done.

Results:

1. Perfect Bull (1)
2. Suddenly Silver (3)
3. Silver Wilbur
