The second to last championship to be decided is up next, the Minnesota Distaff Sprint. Overwhelming favorite, Bella Notte opened at 1-5 and is now 1-2. The only way I can envision her losing is if Thanks for the Tip really takes it to her early. The defending champion tried that once before this season and sat in second the entire way against the favorite in the Lady Slipper. Bella Notte came up short in the Princess Elaine, but this distance and surface suites her much better.
Tough to bet this one, even with Bella Notte drifting up to 2-5!
